Classic Car Week 2005.

Rättvik, Sweden

A totally differnt car was this A twenties LA Salle. It was as big as it looked!

I know that I shown pics of this before, a fifties styled ...ehhh, hybrid back in Rättvik

The smallest car, but never the less as nice a Fiat Tipo.

My favorite among mid sixties cars, a '65 Impala Coupe.

This nice, ehh nice, it is very nice. I love those wheels too. Now did I mention that I hink this was very nice?

This is perhaps the nicest custom bikes I have seen, it is long and low with gourgeous eye for detail. Just awesome eye pleaser.

ANother variation on cars suitable to listen to a certain song from Prince's album 1999. A little red Corvette, this time I guess from 1965.

Considered not as sexy than the wealth of crome and winged featured on the 1959 or 1960 models, I find 1961 Impalas very nice. I like the looks and combination of colors.

This G.T.O. displays all , its brute power in racy colors....

.. or if you rather prefer a Ford orgin power, a look towards the dashboard of 1967 Shelby 350 GT.

Or you want to cruise in style, yet distingueshed in a '53 Caddy Eldorado HT.

It still looks like a sensation more than 40 years later. The first genration of Mustangs. Looking at it is certain how many of us at forties or beyond look this young...

...or one of its competitor a few years younger Barracuda

Look at this a Deuce Tudor with a big block AND a blower. Just wondering any grip on those rear tires?

I guess the choppers are still on their way to get even more popular. OCC on Discovery Channel has really paved its way to the school. If I was at fifteen these mopeds would been a dream bike for sure!

Thanks to the very nice weather, there was a lot of people gathering on the street sides once again. This event is getting bigger and bigger every year.

1958 GM is a popular years among the car buffs, just like this one!

More extravigant looking is this early 1970.s Thunderbird. As you see the car has grown a bit since it was introduced as a Corvette contender in mid fifties.

Just to show the variation, this very nice renovated truck from the twenties with a lot of charm.

These five gentlemen had the night set out perfectly, beer Rock'n'Roll and classy ride. Next on the list... some skirts perhaps?....

... which could be found on this 1957 Fairlaine from Norway.

Larry Shinoda was the man behind to sexyness of the Corvettes Sting Rays. Lured over to Ford he let his pen do some magic and resulted in this generation of Mustangs Mach 1.s and Boss series. Love to see this Mach 1. with original graphics.

Back to the future... I really, really like how the 2005 models of Mustangs turned out. I guess that I was not the only one as I guess first time in a million years these cars sold well. Abslolute an collectable car tomorrow.

Boy, does this bring some memories? The Mark I Cortinas were much considered as the BMW.s are today. Very sporty sedans that were in numberes on race tracks. The top model and a dream of any decent guy back in those days was the special Lotus Cortina. But most cars were like this a A rather plain vanillla family sedas but stil they sported those very sporty round back lights.

No still can't pass a HD with springer forks without takin a picture.

This was a nice pair, can anyone think of more classic way to go on a caravan hoilday? I think that Buicks midfifties cars are really handsome cars. Look at those lines and die in envy.

At the sundown the smog was setting on the town, but people did not to be bothered as the show goes on.

While dad and mum was watching it these pair of English Springer Spaniels did their best to gain some respect from the camera man. Sorry doggies, no way you could firghten me, as I have beena springer owner myself and one day I will have at least one again!

The wild paints and graphics from US is slowly catching on making this ´34 three window coupe a beauty.

The fuel hog price of the day goes to this dualie. My mind was instantly on the fact that gas has never been this expensive, plus 12.50 Swedish Kronor for a litre!

It is alive! Proof is here as the beast of the day is parked again at different parking lot, still trying to look oh so innocent!

Mix off cars in the sunset, from Us Iron to that shiny VW Karman-Ghia in left corner.

Look at the driver, some say that the stuff you wear, makes your manners. In this case the car you drive does about the same thing.

Porsches like this were very common during the happy days of stock markets in the eighties. When business eventualy camed down, many were sold off to Germany. But this one stayed behind and shows off some of incredible factory finish some more than 20 years leaving the factory.
