Dalecarlia winter 2004

What to do on a bleak grey day in January, when the computer has broken down? Out and shoot some photos!!

As for starters, I have made these two images by combining two photos on the top image and four images to one. The top is of a small village of Skattungbyn, just east of Orsa. The photos were shot down in the valley facing to the village, which litterally hangs on the ridge. The second is the tree peaks of mount Wäsa south of Älvdalen. The Mount Wäsa is a pocket sized skiresort in the shadow of the much larger and more popular Sälen located some 60-80 kilometers from this site.

Images on this page are taken from Skattungbyn, by Mora, Goppshus, Wäsa to the great Damm of Trängslet. Photos are dating from 13 jabnuary 2004.
