Göringen in Sept. 2001
A look towards east showing the remaining trackwork. The both right ones are the active track used to day. the left number 3 track unseen here, was for loading. The track remains here except for the turnouts that are nicely piled on the track. I guess that this loaction is pretty close for the demolished coke loading platform. Earlier there was a large wooden coke magazine jaust about the same site. This building only existed for a few years, and ventually was replaced by the platform.
