Mariefred.
Mariefred is located on the southern shore of Lake Malaren some 100 km west southwest of Stockholm and is a time machine back perhaps to the time some 100 years ago, the town is dominated by the castle Gripsholmen and also to some part of a preserved railroad with merely 600 mm gauge. During the summer you can get here from Stockolm by a coal fired steam ship.I guess that the time of early spring is among the most difficult to photograph but it is allways a great idea to bring a camera here, any time of the year!
